Product Features
-
Design & Build (per the actual product photos)
- Standard Toslink male connectors on both ends: square optical plugs with round protective tips, plugging straight into the OPTICAL / SPDIF OUT·IN ports on your equipment — no adapters needed.
- Red connector housing + grey-white ribbed strain-relief boot: overmolded as one piece to spread bending stress and protect the fiber core at the cable root, extending service life.
- Matte off-white cable jacket: round, supple and easy to route or coil, with a neutral tone that blends naturally into home and rack environments.
Key Features & Benefits
- Optical transmission, immune to interference: audio travels as light rather than electrical current, so it is inherently free from EMI/RFI and ground-loop noise — a cleaner noise floor and a more open sound.
- True digital audio: built on the S/PDIF optical protocol, it carries PCM stereo as well as compressed multichannel surround formats such as Dolby Digital and DTS, covering both movies and music (exact sample rates and channel counts depend on the connected devices).
- Broad compatibility: works with any device that has a standard Toslink optical port — TVs, soundbars, AV receivers, set-top boxes, DVD/Blu-ray players, game consoles, external DACs and more.
- Durable and reliable: overmolded housings and reinforced boots resist pulling and bending; because optical links have no metal contacts to oxidize or wear out, the signal stays stable with no degradation over time.
- Plug and play: a purely physical connection — no drivers, no external power, no configuration. Plug it in and you have sound.
Production Process
CEKOTECH is an integrated factory with both bulk wire extruding worksite and cable assembly worksite
Bulk Wire Extruding Work Site
In our extruding worksite, we have machines to make solid or stranded conductors.
We can produce single core or multicores cables
We can make high density shield, braid or spiral
There are quite a few jacket material for option: PVC, TPE, PE, PUR, FRNC,LSZH
Cable Assembly Worksite
Bulk wire are cutted, stripped, soldered and assembled to different types of audio video / data cables such as RCA, HDMI, AUX, XLR, speakon and many other.
Testing & Inspection
Each cable will be checked, tested and inspected carefully before shipping
Certificate
All Cekotech cables are CE, FCC certified.
Our cables are compliant to industry standard such as IEC/EN, ASTM
Flame retardant compliant cables are available such as IEC60332-1,60332-3-24, CM, CMR, CMP, CPR, etc
